Adding Karma to Pin
After The Retool Update (v2.0.0), what was formerly the default :10: emoji got reintroduced as :pin: , to make its purpose clearer. In the process, a part of its original functionality (awarding 10 Karma) was removed.
The functionality of this Reactable ended up being exploited to rise through the ranks of the server and global leaderboards, and it weighed the votes of the people heavily against those with access to special Reactables. As of Reto v2.0.0, :pin: no longer awards any Server or Global Karma on reaction.
That said, some people may wish to keep this functionality. To change your default 10 / Pin Reactable to award Karma on reaction:
Use
/reactable actions set, and select your preferred Reactable.
From the dropdown, select Karma Awarded.
Write
10into the Karma Amount input (or however much Karma you wish to give out).
Now your Pin reactable will award 10 Server Karma, and 1 Global Karma.
