This Action times out the author of the message it's reacted to, for a given amount of seconds. They will not be able to chat on any channels for the duration of the timeout.
Editing
Input the amount of time the author will be timed out for, in seconds. For example, to time someone out for 24 hours, the duration should be 86400 seconds. Alternatively, input 0 to disable timeouts.
